The 3 or 5 Course Chef's Tasting Menu is created with the chef first sitting down with you and discussing your likes, dislikes, food allergies, preferences, etc, and then going on stage (literally) and preparing a 3 or 5 course meal for you and your guests.
Each night there are generally 6 choices for the entree and multiple side dish selections in the Chef's Tasting. These meals are definitely some of the most creative you will find in Puerto Vallarta. The price per person for this very special 5 course menu is $575 pesos. The price for the 3 course menu is $400 pesos.
