The 3 or 5 Course Chef's Tasting Menu is created with the chef first sitting down with you and discussing your likes, dislikes, food allergies, preferences, etc, and then going on stage (literally) and preparing a 3 or 5 course meal for you and your guests.
Each night there are generally 6 choices for the entrée and multiple side dish selections in the Chef's Tasting. These meals are definitely some of the most creative you will find in Puerto Vallarta. The price per person for this very special 5 course menu is $575 pesos. The price for the 3 course menu is $400 pesos.
The á la carte Menu (HERE) is where you will find Chef Bruce's famous entrée and salads. The servings are generous and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. Entrée vary in price from 165 to 310 pesos.
